It was described inside the Wad Magazine’s Cocktail Issue. The Seapunk is a young (teenager?) movement that includes fashion and music and found its genesis on the internet. It’s the “like/not like” generation due to the complete accessibility of every kind of image, it’s the low-fi plus the collage as a result of the high speed of our flipping through the pages of the web.
